I am Born to Mr. N.Ramabadran and Mrs. Vasantha Ramabadran. My Father is a retired T.V.Sundram Iyengar and Sons P.R.O. (30 Years), T.V.S. Retreading Division Branch Manager (5 Years), Coimbatore Auto Industries General manager (3 Years), Ganga General Finance General Manager (2 Years), CENTWIN Exports Purchase Manager (7 Years). He is Hard Working and taken all the responsibilities of the family when he was 18 Years old. from that day he worked day and night for the welfare of all of us.

In my childhood days we all see our father rarely in home. My father is a hard worker in outside. My mother is a hard worker inside the HOME. She takes cares of all our studies and maintained the family in the absence of my father inside home. my father after getting retirement from T.V.S. & Sons he got an offer from T.V.S. Retreading Company, Cochin. Then He got transfered to Triunelveli and then joined in CAI, Coimbatore and then he joined CENTWIN, Tirupur.

Beleive it or not our father doesn't even know which standard we were studying. He will come to trichy once in two weeks or once in a month. We all will enjoy the day when he was with us. He will took us to the city and for shopping. I Still remember we all go in a car where i used to fight with Radha to occupy the corner seat. He used to get some snacks near by to Teppakulam. particularly i have to mention the Vadai.

We are 4 in our Family. I have 2 Sisters and 1 Brother.

1. Jayasree Ramabadran (Zuweria Ravoof) in Singapore Married.

2. Ravindran Ramabadran (My self)

3. Radha Ramabadran (HDFC Bank Assistant Manager, VAPI Branch)

4. Sri Krishnan (Studying XII Std in Sri Vailankanni Matriculation School, Trichy)

We all survived with our Grand Mother Padmasini Ammal, and Sengamalam Our Aunt.

I will describe every one, here in after in order.

Narayanan

My Grand Father. We all see him only on the photo. I know about him very few. Am not interested in those days to learn or know more about my Grand Father, But as of i know he is very good in Mathematics and he know astrology and numerology. He often rectifies the mistakes made by other then and there. He never afraid of telling truth. I recently saw all the predictions he made in those days while we were opening the things which was safeguarded by my grandmother. we opened it when my grand mother expired earlier this year.

Padmasani Ammal

Our Beloved Grand Mother, She always supports me even i make mistakes. she often get shouts from my mother because of me. She never spoke in harsh with any one. We all will get blessings from her on the happy occasions. She always takes cares of me. She will check with my mother and enquires whether ravi has taken his tiffin box. Ravi has taken his food. like that. yes am a Good Food Eater. am habitted to take only Homely Food, that too i love eating the food cooked by My Mother. I very rarely go and have food in Hotels and Restaurants. even if i go to hotels i will take only the Tiffin and Ice Creams. My Grand Mother used to watch the serials that is getting telecasted in SUN TV Especially she watched the thrilling Stories like Marma Desam, Thandira Bhoomi, Raghuvamsam, Sorgam, Nambigai and the list will goes on and on. When Ever she sees the Rajni on the TV She calls me Ravi you friend has come. Come immediately. Lots are there to describe about my Grand Mother will open a separate link about Her.

Sengamalam

My fathers Elder Sister, She is in our home from my birth. She too takes care of me. She always supports me even though she like Radha. Whenever potato is Boiled she used to take one aside from that and she will give it to me. which i like most. And also whenever the sweet is getting distributed she saves more separately for me. She is one of my beloved Athai. She likes Rajnikanth too. When ever she is wathing movies she will be inspired with the character and show emotions according to the film goes. She too watches all the serials that is getting broadcasted in the TV's. She serves food in the absence of my mother in the home.

Ramabadran Narayanan * 30-Apr-1936

I already mention about my father. He is such a great person. i wish to become and to be like my father till my death. yes i want to be loyal and social in all the aspects. I get beaten from him only thirce. I never seen him beating others. He says something to other if that work is not done by them he himself will go there and do that work, which inspires me a lot to do what ever work he says to me. Due to the laziness i will neglect some work assigned by him but still i suffer a lot for not doing that when am alone. I wish to be with him. I will pray the GOD to make this happen soon.

Vasantha Ramabadran * 20-November-1945

My Mother. She is a Straight forward character speaking all the things frankly and she will forget the incident then and there once the incident is over. Me and my mother were the only two in our family to take the yesterdays remaining food. We both will never keeps the food away even if we are angry. "We both never Sacrifices our Hungerness for Angerness" She always scolds me which i dont like. we both used to argue a lot when we both are fighting together. i even stopped talking with her for a while but the Rajnikanth's Mannan film "AMMA ENDRU AZHAIKATHA UYIR ILLAIYE" Song inspired me a lot to change my egoistic character. She is the one who enquires me whether Ravi has take food at proper time. She too cares about my food. That too when am away from my home.

Jayasree Ramabadran (Zuweria) *13-October-1973

She is my beloved Elder Sister. She is the one who takes cares of our education. She did her MCA in Indira Gandhi College. She is the one who gets admisison for me in all my career oriented organizations. First she supported and get admission for me in E.R. Higher Secondary School, then in Urumu Dhanalakshmi College to join B.Sc Computer Science. She was missing for my M.C.A. Admission but still she gave advices to me to study well. She worked also in LANN Computer Centre. When i joined learning courses. she used to come in the morning times only there. we wont meet each other in the centre. But since am her brother and her friend SUJANA Madam and Nisha MADAM, i have to thank these two persons especially. i dont know where they were now. these two taught and guided me ti shapen myself. i fine day when am supervising the lab for the PGDCA Students for COBOL. Frankly telling at that time i dont know what is COBOL. i know only BASIC and FORTRAN. Assuming that the COBOL is also similar to that while correcting the error of one of the student i changes all the hypens (-) to Underscore (_) which raised the errors from 240 to 521 errors. at that time Jayasree came and asked who did like this. That student revealed it is done by Ravi. After hearing that my sisters blasted like crackers on me, which made to learn COBOL Soon and i handled the COBOL Paper for the Next 4 years for that PGDCA Students. i have produced around 80% result in the first year, 87% in second year, 95% in the third year and 100% in the last year. i achieved my target before i leave from trichy. I have to thank my sister to make it possible because she blasted on me made me to study and read well in the COBOL paper.

Yes she got married to a Muslim. First of all we have fell like chewing the bitter guard and chilli. Then it got digested and now we are chewing the chocolates. She is now have Three Beautiful Sons. Their Names were Muzamil His Birthday is on 1^st July, 1998. The second one in Wadood his birthday is on 2^nd October, 2000, Yes he born on the same day of Gandhi. The Third on is Ihsanulla He born on 24 Nov, 2002. All the three were gems. I like especially Wadoods character. All the three helps my sister Jayasree in doing her works. Muzamil is a quite naughty character. And ihsanulla is a new born baby when I met him. So I don’t know much about his character and nature. Hope If I meet him next time I can judge how good he is.

Abdul Ravoof

My sisters Husband, He is a calm guy. I know him from my X Standard. He used to come to our home to give study materials for my sister. He is quite intelligent and good kind person. I never heard his voice in high pitch. He speaks so softly. I like the way he speaks. He is a perfect match for my sister Jayasree. He is taking care of my sister like anything. He is so much impressed in our family. The only thing is we are unable to meet her immediately. If they both come to trichy then only we all can see her.

Ravindran Ramabadran * 13-March-1978

I am naughty in my childhood. I always used to play and fall down, which lead to put stitches. There are 5 memorable wounds and 23 stitches put on my body so far. I often play cricket in the open ground near our place the group will be having lot of thorns which often be inside my foot. I will try hard every night to take the thorn our of my legs. I used to take safety pins and put some oil on the place and will suffer lot of pain to remove those but I enjoyed taking the thorns out every day. I wish to sleep with a blood coming out of my foot almost daily. I love to be with my friends in my college days. I used to visit each of my friends house on Sundays. I will start taking my TVS 50 in the morning and will go to all my classmates home. One day I traveled around 70 Kms along with my friend Badri Narayanan. One fine day we got hanged in the mid of darkness when my vehicle refuse to move further. That place is near to the cremation.

Radha Ramabadran * 7-July-1979

Beloved Sister. She is 1 year and 4 months younger to me. We both fight each other in Our childhood days. Since there is much age difference between us our wavelength is almost similar. We used to fight each other to occupy the corner seat. she always sacrifices for me. She is the pet for all in our family since she is the last kid for a long time. I did nothing special to her other than beating her. But she is more attached and understanding character. She get angry very soon. When she got angry her nose will beat fastly. Me and my sister used to count the beats of her nose suddenly she will come back to normal. I don’t know how she cries with the watery on her eyes. I used to tease her by attending her phone calls from her friends. I used to speak with them and force her to shout at me. I even remember her few friend names. Judy, Ananthi, Hema, Ramya, Viju, Sathya Priya, Harini, Jillu and more. I really missed her when she leave to VAPI after completing her U.G. Degree. Then She started studing M.C.A. iin IGNOU from Vapi itself. She used to come to Trichy once in a year. She started working with INDUSIND Bank and then Shifted to HDFC Bank now she is working in HDFC Bank as Assistant Manager. She used to give me more and more advices. When I were in Ahmedabad I used to visit Vapi atleast once in a month. I will stay there for a day or two but still I feel I should have spent more time with her. We used to recall our school day memories. She solves if I had any problem.

Sri Krishnan * 26-December-1988

My brother, He is more smarter than me and all of us. He has been given more importance since he is the last kid in our family. The time he born I met with an accident and stitched on my legs. So am advised to take 20 days rest. All the 20 days I am with him. I used to take care of him and did a small help to my mother at that time. he sleeps next to me in the day timings. He is much addicted to the song “Senthoorapoovae Ingu Thean Sindha Vaa Vaa” from the film Senthoorapoovae. If he hears this song he will stop crying. Take food, Sleep, bath and everything. We have get 2 cassettes of that film and will repeat only that song again and again for him. There were not much toys to play. He is like the god Kishna we made his hair style resembles like Krishna. He used to see Cricket, WWF and Formula One Racing. He is the one who teach me about Formula One racing. We both used to play cricket if we find time. I taught him to play Chess. We often fight each other for small issues. He will be much supported by my mother, I will be supported and safeguarded by my Grand mother and my Aunt (Pattu Athai). I will convince him by diverting the topic related to his interest like cricket and formula one. He is more helpful to my mom unlike me. He used to go to the market to get groceries for the home. He takes the commission for that also by getting chocolates. He took lot of chocolates in his child hood days but now he understands how danger it is for the teeth and he restricts that.

Renganathan

Chittappa, My Fathers younger brother. He is straightforward in his talks and he is a devotee of Lord Ayyappa. We all used to come to his home every weekend to play circus (sliding board). He is the one who teach us how to drive the Two Wheeler vehicle. Whenever I got injured he is the one who tooks me to the hospital and be there with me till I got ok. Not only for me, he will do it for all. He shouts often for the benefit of us.

Kousalya Renganathan

Chitti, She is more attached to me. When ever I fight with my mom I will go and hide myself I their home she helps me to be there for a while. I will speak frankly to her. She prepares sweet for me and snacks. I used to argue more with her too which will be a debate about the girls. I often told her that am going to marry a One Girl from each city. Not only to her I used to say like this to all. Except my father. He might be aware of this but not asked or debated with me. I too believe that it is not going to happen but still I used to say like that all.

Murali Renganathan * 16-March-1978

My Cousin brother, Just 3 days younger than me. We both joined the same school and used to sit together even in exams we often exchanged our answer sheets. Which leads to shift his class room and even the school. Then we both got separated for more than 9 years then finally we both united in joining B.Sc computer science in Urumu Dhanalakshmi College. We both travel in the same bus and used to share a lot. He will give me solution in tougher situations. He is bit hard in character and we both differ in certain issues. I missed his Wedding. Am unable to participate in his wedding on the day of his wedding I were in SOHAR, Oman. He got married to his loved Wife. He name is Sneha. I saw her twice or thrice before the marriage after marriage I haven’t meet them. Now he is in Bangalore and working in HP. He previously worked as a lecturer in Srimath Andavan College, Srirangam. He used to recall the dialogue from the Film Yejaman “Avasarathukku Poranthavan Ellam Annan Aaga Mudiyathuda”. I used to remember those lines.

Suganya Muthukrishnan * 28-Dec-1979

My Cousin Sister, I will share the views with her too lot of times. She will reciprocate the same with me. She thinks more smarter and arrive at the decision very quickly. She is more practical then theoretical. I miss even her wedding. At that time (07-May-2003) I was in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. But I attended her betrothal held in Trichy. That was the first family function after a long time. After her marriage she leaves to US. When I were in Sohar, She used to give company in chatting with me for a while in night hours. She used to give lot of tips to me in living bachelor life. She shares lot with me. Her gave birth to a cute girl called Smrithi. I have met her husband very few times. So I don’t have much tell about him.

Varadha Chari

Periappa, My Mothers Sisters Husband, I saw him very few times. Since he stayed quite far from our place. Yes they lived their life in VAPI, Gujarat. They used to come to Chennai once in a year or we will go there to vapi for vacations. We enjoyed going to daman beaches. Vapi is a good place.

Shantha Chari

Periamma, From my mother side. She is more social and having different thoughts. She gave us the vehicle set toys when am a kid. I used to take that blue color truck for playing. I don’t moved much with her in my child hood but recently when am in ahmedabad I moved with her bit closer. She prepared powders for me when am traveling to Muscat. I used to go to Vapi to collect the cooking powders and to take rest. We used to play Dhayakattai, Paramapatha, and Even card when I were there. We used to see movies. I enjoyed the days when am there in Vapi.

Ramesh Chari

My Cousin Brother, I move with him closer only when I were there in ahmedabad. Before that I will talk to them very less time. so I don’t know much about him in my school and college days. When I were in ahmedabad he used to speak with me very often, when even am coming down to vapi he will come and gather me from the station. I gave lot of hindrances to his sleep. I always used to come visit vapi in early mornings and leave at late nights. I troubled him a lot but he never cares about that. I used to visit his company on Sunday’s. He took us to Daman Beach and other places. He introduced lot of his friends especially Balaji Anna, Devarajan anna, Hemu Anna, Kaka, and much more. He is more social and even nowadays he is sharing and reducing my worries. I often asked his suggestion before taking any big decision. He is one of our family’s well wisher.

Chandra Ramesh

Manni, My Cousins Wife. She is well known to me before their marriage. My Sister Jayasree introduced me to her we went to her home several times before their marriage and used to take bath on the ban of the river. She is more caring and so soft in her speech and approach. She used to take my clothes when I used to go there to vapi and wash the clothes. We all will play shuttle, carom, cards and dhayakattai.
